The Black nokia E65 is an exclusive to Three, so if you want the sexy black version (I personally prefer the red, I'm sick of black phones) you will need to purchase it from Three, or grab a used one off ebay. Unlocking the phone shouldn't be much hassle, there's hundreds of sites that will supply you with an unlock code or an unlock SMS. Just google it.
